"The colleagues in the office were very helpful in every way, always ready to help, always ready to clear any kind of confusion, be it anything from work to where to shop."
Jabeen Manzoor and fellow intern, Jovita Stakionyte both worked with
the preservation division of Hillier Architecture. Their primary
project involved planning efforts for restoring the Payne Whitney
Gymnasium and the Ray Tompkins House, both at Yale University. Their
work included completing a field survey and conditions assessment of
more than 800 windows and doors on the two buildings, assessing the
building masonry, and compiling drawings and documentation forms back
in the office.
