"Rarely does one get such a special and international understanding of one's passion.  I imagine that this new perspective that I have gained will inform the work that I do in the future, no matter where that may be."

Audra Brecher worked in the Documentation Centre in the ICOMOS Secretariat.  Most of her work there concentrated on creating themed bibliographies.  For example, under the theme "Cultural Landscapes" she compiled a document (in French and in English) that explores the concept of "cultural landscapes" and the criteria for cultural landscapes to be inscripted on the World Heritage List.

The body of the document lists all World Heritage cultural landscapes currently inscripted and provides citations for all documentation relation to those sites in the Documentation Centre's collection.  The bibliography is now accessible via the Documentation Centre's website.
